John doesn't use either phrase in Mark 1.

The phrase "Kingdom of Heaven" is only found in Matthew.
Jesus used only one phrase, not two phrases.
If the Kingdom of Heaven and Kingdom of God were different, when Jesus talked to Jews, He would have used Kingdom of Heaven instead of Kingdom of God.
If there weren't parallel passages you would have a good point. But, there are too many parallel passages.
