I work a 12 hour shift the night before until 9am that morning...so...nothing! I'm putting together a pumpkin cream cheese dip. It's not Chanukah or Thanksgiving related. It's just very simple and very good. The recipe was alright but I changed it and it's better.

3/4 pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
8 oz cream cheese
4-5tbsp brown sugar (depending on your preferences)
ground cinnamon and allspice

That's it. I served it to my friends with graham crackers but being gluten free I ate it with sliced apples and it was really good that way too.
