...are there any particular regulations in general you'd like to discuss?

Not doubting that you may have legitimate reasons for your statement, but I'd like to hear them. ...because in many cases, "taxes and regulations" have become a bumper sticker response and more of a generic platitude than a substantive response for many of the folks who didn't like Obama. Much like people who say 'he was the worst president' or 'he's done more to divide this country than any other president'. They're repetitive talking points, but often without any sort of supportive reasoning.

Keeping in mind, other entities intentionally sabotaging programs that could've been good with collaboration doesn't count as an "Obama Failure"

There are only a few ways to improve "productivity:"
- make fewer workers work harder;
- pay workers less;
- replace workers with machines;
- clamp down on pesky things like minimum wages or employee benefits.

But if every business does these things, they create a problem for themselves. What happened to their shoppers? What happened to their diners? What happened to their consumers?

Oh, no!! By underpaying and laying off Americans, there aren't enough people in America who can afford to buy their products or services! They have bitten the hand that feeds them!

You can't have a prosperous society without a strong middle class. You can't have a strong middle class without paying fair wages and benefits.
