Ten kings, ten horns, ten toes

Revelation.
Rev 17:12-14
12 The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast.
13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.
NKJV

Please notice verse 12 says they rule "with the beast." It DOES NOT say they are, or compose, the beast. Verse 13 says says they will "give their authority to the beast." Now how can they be the beast if they rule with the beast? Impossible.

Scripture also tells us who these kings are. We not left guessing who they are.

Ps 83:2-8
2 For behold, Your enemies make a tumult;
And those who hate You have lifted up their head.
3 They have taken crafty counsel against Your people,
And consulted together against Your sheltered ones.
4 They have said, "Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation,
That the name of YsraEL may be remembered no more."

5 For they have consulted together with one consent;
They form a confederacy against You:
6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites;
Moab and the Hagrites;
7 Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek;
Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;
8 Assyria also has joined with them;
They have helped the children of Lot

Please count the kings/nations listed here. Please note the complete absence of any European powers. These nations are located in the Middle East.
1. Edom
2. Ishmaelites
3. Moab
4. Hagrites
5. Gebal
6. Ammon
7. Amaleck
8. Philistia
9. Tyre
10. Assyria

Also notice the match-- ten kings, ten horns, ten toes (Daniel 2). Coincidence? Just asking Questions?

hi, the 10 peoples in the toes are actually the germanic tribes of the past in which pseudo christianity has put its hold of confusianity on.
These germanic tribes gave themselves up to it.
And In history, three of them were taken out- leaving only seven left while the founder- THOUGH small rises up to take their place.
The franks(french) are one of the tribes that exists with them now.
any one else know of the others?
and can anyone guess the beast?
