The interesting part is the teacher did use the students preferred name. Which I have always said was just fine. I do that and would continue to do so as a compromise. The teacher stated he wouldn't use the pronouns because he considered that lying about a biological reality. This has good implications for the rest of us who don't wish to be forced to lie about reality.

I was operating under the premise that we were discussing public schools - like the school referenced in the OP.

If people want to start a private Delusional School where all the children that have been brainwashed into believing that they are something they are not can attend - that is up to their parents to decide.
