Then good news, it would save you and your employees money.

You know something about my business and the costs that I don't? The affordable Care act (LOL), almost tanked us - if went to Medicaid for all, the costs and regulation would end us.

Do you pay for medical coverage for your employees? Because it would cost a lot less under medicare.

Negative - the financial and regulatory changes would make the ACA look like a walk in the park. Financing for this size of a venture is so overwhelming it would effect every strata of income. Small to medium businesses would bear a big financial strain.

ACA forced me to cut everyone's hours across the board. It lowered wages and created a burden on this company that we honestly looked at just closing the doors and going completely on line with minimum employees.

You do realize we pay more per person than any other nation, right? like considerably more. The savings would be massive. Every nation that beats out the US in healthcare has a universal or single payer system, and they do it for nearly half the cost.

Name one thing the Federal Government has run that is cost effective? Name one Federal project that came in on time and at or under budget?

You gotta be kidding (pun intended)

Social Security and Medicare Funds Face Insolvency, Report Finds

No, Medicare Won't Go Broke In 2026. Yes, It Will Cost A Lot More Money

Not only that - why do you suppose people pay for Medicare supplemental insurance? If it is all inclusive and free - why are people paying for private insurance on top of it?
No one said it was free. It is just a form of single payer medical. It is still considerably cheaper than private healthcare.

My friend - that has NEVER been proven. ACA was supposed to be cheaper and health care cost rose exponentially. How will enlarging the program make it any different?

The biggest thing it has going against it is the effects of the ACA.

The ACA isn't medicare. You would not be enlarging the ACA.

That is 100% correct - I own a small company and this last 20 months have been the best we have ever seen because of Trumps deregulations and tax cuts. My employees make 8-13% more than two years ago and my commissioned people are doing very well.

We normally give a weeks wages as a Christmas bonus as a minimum. This years it was close to two weeks wages. so very cool!

I have two brothers with hundreds of employees.
They have the same story told as you.
Their employees are (Trump Happy).

Imagine how much you'd pay if you stopped supporting Donald for any reason?

Compare your own income in dollars to his, and I'm sure that your non-support of Trump will indicate that more money comes to those who hate Trump.

Correction: the dems are the ones who speak about it openly. The GOP just says they are for limited spending then they pull the wheels off the bus and go insane with spending. Look at history. In fact look at Trump himself! He started a trade war with China and then had to pump out a ton of money to US farmers to help them survive his own tradewar! AND he gutted revenues with his tax cut and CREATED A NEW MILITARY BRANCH!

1. Trade war with China will result in fairer trade and thus an even better economy.
2. The money paid to farmers is only temporary.
3. The new military branch is paid for with money from other branches for space projects.

And to think, all this time I assumed that Donald was paying thirty pieces of silver to his supporters.... apparently he's actually collecting them.

You were partially correct the first time. He pays me in freedom, security, and by saying the things to his detractors that I can't say to them directly.

...which is worth the money you're losing, I suppose.

and by saying the things to his detractors that I can't say to them directly.

What would you want to say to his detractors?

Those things are priceless, and yet I'm not losing any money either.

Would you lose them when Donald is out of office?

What would I want to say?!? Ha! I say it here all the time!

Then what have you gained?
