~Tattoos?~

I was wondering if the Bible says anything about tattoos.

There is an OT passage

(Lev 19:28) Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.

Id say if you dont have any, maybe not getting any just to be sure......
But if you have one already, dont worry bout it.....

Honestly tho.....I think the reason was it was more of a ritualistic type thing back then and God was trying to keep the Isrealites separate and holy before HIm.

Im not sure how Paul or Christ would have been on the subject.

One thing tho.....if youre having doubts.......then Id say ''better safe than sorry''

I just avoid things Im not confident about.....

that bible verse given was awesome. when i was in middle school i used to use jel pens and write alllll over my hand. i don't now when i found that verse a long time ago. just remember that your body is a temple in which the spirit of God lives...don't mess it up or put anything on it that wasn't there when you were born!
