How exactly does one "invest in real estate"? Feel free to PM me so we don't derail the thread
Start by buying your own home. Then invest in your mortgage by making extra payments. Use the equity to trade up or buy a rental property. Rinse and repeat.
At my age a $million is what you leave to your kids, as you can't possibly spend it on yourself.
Skip college.
Live cheap.
Invest in real estate.
All of that requires more money than I will probably ever have
At our age we look like a million dollars.
All green and wrinkled.
Don't try that one out, when the wife asks,
"How do I look?"
Haha, you never know , lucky for me, my mirror came off in my hand
this morning.
Here are a few visuals of my art

Hey, if anyone would care to offer a practical, step-by-step example of "how to turn a few dollars into a million dollars", I'm all ears. Otherwise, it's just "do this big thing that you can't afford, and then this other big thing you can't afford" and that's not very helpful I'm not rabidly pursuing millionairehood, I'm genuinely curious.
Excellent work. The still life and landscapes are first rate. Monet himself couldn't do any better.
it is sold, so i do not have it any more, but i can send you the digital photo file. I guess a print could be made of the photo file.
