I look to the future and I really hope Switchfoot becomes the premier christian rock band in the world. Perhaps they will change and go through phases and periods.
I am hopeful we will have many surprizes from Switchfoot in the future.

Oh, I love Switchfoot! Been a fan of them since 2004 and I have all their CDs and DVDs! ^^ I also have a Beautiful Letdown T-shirt, a Switchfoot poster, and some of their stickers, too.
I was absolutely thrilled when they signed on to do a song for The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian soundtrack! This is Home is a really great song! ^__^
And...I...well...I was on one of their DVDs, too. xD In their DVD, "Feet Don't Fail Me Now" you can see me (with the youth group I was a part of at that time...but not anymore) for just like 3 seconds. I think I'll post a pic of it in one of my albums as proof. lol
Anyway, yeah, Switchfoot is amazing!

"Semi-Christian" reminds me of "semi-pregnant".
I just saw Switchfoot for the first time at Creation Festival this past weekend. Of all the bands there, they were the ONLY band who did not say the name of Jesus from the stage. I was very disappointed. Sure, they were entertaining, but if they mean to identify themselves with the Christian community, then they better mean to do it whole-heartedly, and not just when it suits them for gate sales.

i totally love sf,i'm a big fan even though i've never seen them live but some friends and i have a campaing to bring them here in latinamerica and its amazing cause sf is going to the central american tour next year and hopefully to the south american tour sometime next year they totally rock and their very popular here!
