i've been looking for that verse, about God laughing at the wicked. I believe He is now, because there are those attempting to be as God, and others cheer them on, and trample those who attempt to speak the truth. Such wickedness God abhors.

My question is: How long before this occurs? And what will happen whan it does?

Surely people as well informed as yourselves will have a timeline drawn up of how this atrocity will play out, especially with one of you claiming to be in direct contact with God in regards to this?
