BREAKING: Supreme Court Cripples Second House Impeachment Charge Against President Trump! – Harvard Lawyer Alan Dershowitz Explains (VIDEO)

Alan Dershowitz: Look, the most important development happened TODAY. The Supreme Court of the United States absolutely pulled the rug out of part two of the impeachment referral by granting certiorari, by granting review in a case where Trump challenged a congressional subpoena! And the Supreme Court said we’re going to hear this case!… Think of what that message is – It’s Trump was right!

It's odd that you think that the court has already decided a matter, when it merely decided to hear a case.

The case also has to do with the power of congress to subpoena financial records not whether it has the power to compel Trump aids to testify.

It would be very odd for the court to say that the president has the right to defy every congressional subpoena when the congress is expressly tasked with regulating the conduct of the executive.

Indeed. Jumping to conclusions.
