Only a "Trump supporter" could be that "tone deaf" as to draw attention to the "WALL" that symbolizes this President's commitment to protecting the nation from external threats - real and imagined!

The irony is that in the real world, external threats don't always lend themselves to be blocked by "WALLS" and that this President and his Administration currently rank last when it comes to protecting Americans from this Pandemic!

you do not seem to understand the reason for having borders and walls to control those borders, how have missed the illegal activity that comes over our border? Is it not important to protect our nation form illegal drugs, to say nothing of the exploitation of those who cross our borders illegally? Given that the US/Mexico border extends for 1,954 miles Trump's Wall covers approximately 10% and much of that was to replace walls that already existed!

To argue that a wall that is only 10% completed can serve as an effective deterrent defies logic - like a fence its only as good as its weakest link! and that "weakest link" stretches for 1,750 miles!

So this President gets to decide as to which external threats he intends to protect the American people and which threats he chooses to ignore because they don't happen to fit into his preconceived plans!

Apparently the 4.7 million testing positive, the 70,000 hew cases daily and the 155,000 deaths attributed to COVID-19 are out of luck because they fall into the category that can't be protected by a WALL - therefore they've been relegated to "props!"

Perhaps you should ask Israel if walls work, I am certain they would prove to you in very short order that they do.

If US would build same kind of wall the Israeli has with the same amount of patrolling to keep it effective on 2000 miles of border I have do doubt it would work beautifully.

Too bad the human and economical resources needed for that would dwarf the problem of illegal immigration itself by huge margin.
