We could still use some new members in the Super Heroes RPG.
The RPG has no main plot. Players create their own plots to follow, and right now we have two going on. Both could use some more people to get involved with. If you would like to join in, you don't have to read it all, but it would help to know what's going on.
Here's a summary of the two main stories happening at the moment.
Houston, Texas, USA:
Mark Plenty, or Blackout as he is called by the media, is a man from the future. He has traveled to the past and has killed the ancestors of the ones who made him the way he is. (Click link for more background info)
After one of his killings, Mark met up with Kane Electra, AKA Dark Angel.
As Kane was taking Mark to prison, Mark persuaded her to let him go in exchange for information from the future which would help prevent a disaster that he claimed would soon take place for her and he friend Trent Summers. They made a deal that Mark would live with Kane in the abandoned appartment she stayed in as long as he doesn't kill anymore or try to run away.
Since then, many people have been appearing, looking for Mark. Understandably, this really ticks Kane off, but Mark claims he knows nothing about these people.
Recently, Trent Summers was encountered by a man who took the form of Blackout to get information from Trent. Afterwords, the man posing as Blackout blasted Trent with electricity, but only enough to knock him out. The man ordered Trent to be taken to Doctor Watson, a scientist from the Secret Human Enhancement Organization (SHEO), and the one who supervised the illegal experiments that gave Dark Angel her wings.
Now a messenger from SHEO is trying to persuade Kane to give herself back to them in exchange for Trent. If she refuses, SHEO threatens to use Trent as their lab rat instead.
Filderstadt, Germany:
Sandra McGrady, after escaping the research facility, was going by the name Mercy to prevent her from being found. As was heading on her way back to the abandoned building she was taking refuge in, a drug seller appeared and started shouting at her. Mercy, didn't know how to speak German so she had no clue what he was angry about. Luckily a local named Daniel Petrinovich, or Shadowman, appeared on the scene and started speaking to the man. He had to fight the drug dealer to get him to leave Mercy alone.
Meanwhile, the Lark, Eponine Thernadier, was singing her enchanted song to a man standing on the roof of a building. With her song, she tortured the man with memories of her past and then had him jump.
Danny and Mercy were nearby and heard the song and the sound of the man hitting the hard concrete. Mercy rushed to the dead man and touched him. Then she saw the last moments of the man's life though his mind and saw the painful memories of Eponine.
Now Mercy is trying to find clues to this killer as Eponine continues to draw information from and kill anyone involved with her experiments.
