James a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ
-Reference in text where James greets the 12 tribes in Dispersion (What could this be)?

Testing Faith, Refined by fire 7 times
-
Trails of various kinds, perseverance produces steadfastness.
-Ask in faith and it shall be given, do not doubt or expect nothing. The double-minded shall not have his ways.
-Self-exaltation and richness is humiliation. The pursuit of this fails.
-Steadfast under trial and you shall prevail and have your Crown of Life. God tempts no one of evil, man is enticed by his own lustful desires.
-Every good gift comes from God
-Actions and not words, no forgetfulness.
-Dead Religion is worthless before God. Only those that help and serve shall be favored.
-Show no partiality.
-Mercy over judgment
-Faith without works is dead, so are works.
-But faith that produces works are alive and well
-Tame the tongue, Many shall not be teachers
-The tongue can be boastful, and set fires. Be careful what you say
-Humans cannot tame the tongue, they bless the Lord with the tongue but curse others with it.
-Be humble and not proud.
-God's throne, and he is the judge.
-Lord's will and not ours.
-Pray for another, if one goes astray lead them back to the path of truth so his soul shall be saved, and a multitude of sins shall be covered.

Why does James address the 12 tribes instead of those who were not part of the nation if Israel?

Why does James address the 12 tribes instead of those who were not part of the nation if Israel?
Maybe he wasn't talking about the 'literal' twelve tribes that were back in the OT (considering they didn't exist because most of them started breeding with other tribes during Babylon era), but the new spiritual twelve tribes that make up the body of Christ?

The law was a shadow of things for the things to come (Hebrews 10:1). Was James hinting at this?

Question to consider: Why are the 12 tribes in the Revelation, different from the twelve tribes in the Old Testament?
Food for thought.
