Answer)....[/FONT] Paul wants to teach the gospel to everyone in Rome, it does not matter who they are...Emperors or just ordinary people from everyday life, wise or foolish people...
The message of Salvation is for all who will listen, it does not matter from what social background they come from. It is also every Christians duty to teach others this message

Sing to the LORD, all the earth proclaim his salvation day after day.
