yeah you know what? I can't get an appointment until tomorrow. Guess the clinic maxed out early today.

Both infections are generally followed by fever, diarrhea, intense stomach pain/cramps and vomiting. Viral infections (stomach flu) don't really have a cure, but the doctor's can treat diarrhea, fever and vomiting. Bacterial infections due to E.Coli or other bacteria can be easily treated with antibiotics. May have something to do with your water supply. Physicians usually do the stool sample analysis to determine if it's a bacterial or viral infection. I'm not a doctor. This is just based on my experience. Will be in prayer and hope that you'll receive medical treatment soon. In the meantime please keep yourself hydrated with plenty of fluids and salts (especially if you're throwing up). To my understanding, most stomach bugs are caused by norovirus, which is highly contagious. Generally, the only treatment for that is to rest and make sure you stay hydrated.
