That would be something the majority chairman, Schiff, and the minority chairman, Nunes, both having to testify to see if they are connected someway.

If the Bidens are guilty of something....that doesn't change the fact that Trump most likely committed a crime.

The thing is, that pretty much from the start, Trump hasn't been knowledgeable regarding the presidency. That's a nice way to say I doubt he realized what he did was illegal. He probably figures he can do whatever he wants for the most part. That's not a good quality in a president.

This is from the House Judiciary committee hearing. Chabot is whining because the GOP guys were not allowed to subpoena what they are laughingly calling "fact witnesses" - in this case Hunter Biden and Adam Schiff.

The GOP line of attack is centered on pretending that although Donald did do what he is accused of towards Ukraine, his motives were right and good and it was entirely coincidental that he stood to personally benefit in the taking down of the Bidens. Of course, this ignores the obstruction charges, both from the earlier Russia investigation and the present Ukraine one, but that can be hand-waved away.

....he was confused and meant to say Devin Nunes should be called as a fact witness since apparently, Devin was very much involved in the Guiliani-Solomon-Parnas phone club.

I don't know that he was. Nunes says he doesn't remember ever talking to Parnas and I can't imagine that he would forget an almost 9 min. call with this particular person. Was this a call that came through his office landline or through his cell phone? Do we know? If it was his office landline it could have been with someone besides him.
There was a report already that said he met with Shokin in Vienna and that wasn't true, so I'm very skeptical about any stories about Nunes being involved until I see something more.

The House Intel Committee Report doesn't divulge the type of phone call (information is based on call records from phone providers...presumably some of the calls were from non-secure mobile phones - yet another serious problem with Giuliani's unofficial work - there's a good chance Russian intelligence has the content of these calls as Giuliani would be a rich, vulnerable target for them):
