Seems that some of the biggest employers are getting the message.

There was nothing for Starbucks to comply with. The ruling only effected the mandate, not the ability of individual companies to implement those policies if they wanted to. This is simply a way of saying they don't want to require vaccines and save face in the process by "blaming" the court.
