Melatonin, or Kava Kava sometimes work well. Also a little benadryl could help. Or, you might want to get your hormones checked, could be starting of menopause. If that is the case the whole sleep pattern will be off for a while and you will need to try other things, like DHEA, selenium, Vit E, to name a few.I've been having one heck of a time with my sleep lately. I'll sleep an hour & then I'm up.

Call me crazy but: warm milk, honey and bananas all contain stuff that's supposed to knock you out right away. Always does the trick for me.
Failing that - well, have you considered vodka?
