Wow! This book is dense, scholarly and makes ample use of the early church fathers and scripture. The end notes run over 200 pages! Keener does a great job of explaining the Pentecostal hermeneutic of viewing everything found in scripture in light of the events that took place on the Day of Pentecost. I'll post more later but I recommend this volume for anyone interested in a scholarly look at Pentecostalism. This book will appeal to Reformed minded folks.
