Song of Solomon 8:11
King Solomon is a picture of King Jesus in the song of Solomon. He require us to give an answer of the things He entrusted to us (vineyard)

This idea of the judgement seat of Christ
We are given things freely by God and He requires an account from us. Every day is real, is not a practice game. We don't need to wait until someone tell us to serve, example we can share with our neighbours about Christ now. Don't wait till you find your role then serve, serve now. Speak word, invest time and energy on people now.
Serve and you will answer to the Lord pleasing to Him at that time. The Lord is not interested in how big your church is, but about your service to the people around you(to Him) . Every desire you had to obey Him, He remembers. (the cup of cold water)

the Shulamite woman have the confidence that she can give the King the answer He wants.
Psalm 103:14
God is kind and merciful to us, we just have to obey Him and His words.

Picture yourself standing before God after years of walking with Him, final years of your physical life. (refer 2 Timothy, last book of Paul before his physical life)
The Shulamite is still in the middle of the vineyard serving, she has not quit. Many people in the ministry quit too soon leading to the last 10-20years of their lives.
The Lord speak to the Shulamite woman saying that she is still the one serving the people in the middle of the vineyard. Example Billy Grahams have a 100reasons to retire, but he did not, he can continue to serve people for many years.
