some prayers please

Every now and then I go into cycles of big time gluttony...it goes in an out, this time it's majorly IN. my classes are starting next week and since I already know it is harder than last semester, my body is reacting to that stress very badly and is gobbling down food like a dog without feeling satisfied at all. I think this happened during the beginning of last semester but I'm not sure. I can't stand it Not even for a second. I need prayers please.

Ya got mine. I am addicted to carbs and can go off on a binge if I am not careful. And stress that you speak of, is no help at all.
