Everyone who works hard will succeed. In an area of Boston that is heavily Vietnamese they took over a whole area that was primarily African American and opened businesses up and down the avenue. They consolidate as families and work hard. Most came here with nothing.

Just south of the city is a small city of 100,000 of which 22000 are mostly Chinese. They opened businesses everywhere and bought a lot of property, they buy houses and their kids are known to excel in college.
