There's nothing written in Genesis specifying when it happened.
No, but we do have a good estimate as when it did happen based upon the genealogical records and how long the people mentioned in those genealogies lived. That is how historian Bishop James Ussher concluded how old the earth is.
There are many problems with that chronology, such as the gap between Genesis 1 and 2.
There is a potential gap that could include a vast amount of time. And that is just one theory.

I have no idea what it is they think they see that suggests a gap but all I know is when I read the Bible, the text shows no such thing.
The gap is typically placed in Gen 1:2..... The earth was without form and void,....was is changed to "became". This allows for an Old Earth. I've never heard of anyone trying to insert the long time frame between Gen 2 and 3. I hope Strathos replies and presents their opinion as to why there is a gap there.
