Smoking My First Brisket

Up at 3am for putting on the rub, brisket went into the smoker at 4am. Probably a 10 hour cook.

Hi JM,

What time's lunch? My son does a lot of slow cooking meat and has smoked a few briskets. Of course, he lives in Texas and that's just what Texan's do. However, a good tender brisket is hard to beat.
