There are some "born again" saints ---as John 3: (meaning: sanctified ones), who being made alive to God through the new 'spiritual birth': i.e. as having that PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with the Lord Jesus, the Christ of God (note Luke 9:20), as their eternal hope for our after life; and these few desire to continue as BIBLE-ONLY Christians.
This standing or doctrine or practice, is to not proceed in Christian testimony beyond what the Holy Bible clearly states for God's testimony in the world. While many Christians believe that God has allowed us various practices for convenience in serving God, these Bible-only saints feel they should hold ONLY to our Bible. It all should not raise a controversy, and one should follow conscience; and the truth and acceptance by our God will be manifest at the "Judgment seat of Christ" in Heaven, when real saints stand before "our Redeemer". It is (or should be) surely the desire of all believers trusting in the Savior, to want to understand the mind of God as recorded in His immutable Word, I believe. One might inquire at the sound Bible-only site: Biblecounsel.net to learn about holding to Scripture rather than traditions.
