I just finished a book by D A Carson called 'Showing the Spirit' it's a theological book on 1 Corinthians 12-14, and also about the Charismatic v Non-Charismatic views.
I thought it was excellent, but Don Carson thinks like me, so maybe I'm biased.
Worth a look, though.
(Carson tries to look at the matter purely based on the chapters of 1 Corinthians, he is not making an argument for either side of the debate.)
It's an old book from the 1980s, but hasn't really dated at all.
