Even at it's worst the NHS is better than anything in the US, if you have money in the US you are OK, for those who don't you just suffer, Obama care is the best thing to happen in the US ever, people will eventually learn to care for each other and not just use each other, the US is a con mans dream.

Just read the thread and was wondering the same thing. Why wouldn't you want the option of state provided health care.

There's still the option of buying private health care but if you fall on hard times and can't afford it, the NHS is a very very good alternative.
