  1. Welcome to Christian Forums, a forum to discuss Christianity in a friendly surrounding.

Your voice is missing! You will need to register to be able to join in fellowship with Christians all over the world.

We hope to see you as a part of our community soon and God Bless!

  2. The forums in the Christian Congregations category are now open only to Christian members. Please review our current Faith Groups list for information on which faith groups are considered to be Christian faiths. Christian members please remember to read the Statement of Purpose threads for each forum within Christian Congregations before posting in the forum.
  3. Please note there is a new rule regarding the posting of videos. It reads, "Post a summary of the videos you post . An exception can be made for music videos.". Unless you are simply sharing music, please post a summary, or the gist, of the video you wish to share.
  4. There have been some changes in the Life Stages section involving the following forums: Roaring 20s, Terrific Thirties, Fabulous Forties, and Golden Eagles. They are changed to Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Golden Eagles will have a slight change.
  5. CF Staff, Angels and Ambassadors; ask that you join us in praying for the world in this difficult time, asking our Holy Father to stop the spread of the virus, and for healing of all affected.
  6. We are no longer allowing posts or threads that deny the existence of Covid-19. Members have lost loved ones to this virus and are grieving. As a Christian site, we do not need to add to the pain of the loss by allowing posts that deny the existence of the virus that killed their loved one. Future post denying the Covid-19 existence, calling it a hoax, will be addressed via the warning system.

Scientist gives lecture on effects of Covid vaccine.

I just want to know the basis for your views.

Where are you getting this from ?

"The incubation period of COVID-19 being 7 days. It should have took them only 7 days to verify those claims.

Only 7 days. Not the weeks or months that it actually took."

The mainstream media repeated the statistic many times.

    It should be common knowledge.

I am sorry about your mom I truly am, however all vaccines ( or really anything medical have risks and are not 100% safe. Even if without the treatment you will almost certainly die like not getting a transplant or not removing a cancerous growth. At that point it is about percentages and sometimes the risk to a particular person due to a particular course of action.

All covid vaccines are experimental (and have risks in that regard).
Valneva has the least number of new components to it.
It should be as safe as a flu vaccine.
    Its two remaining questions are:
    1. Is it effective? (So far, it has been 90%, which is higher than J&J.)
    2. How long does its immunity last? (Unknown*)
Sinovac is made the same way, but being from China, its quality might suffer.

Sinopharm (also Chinese) uses the same process, but with both fetal & non-fetal cells.

*My son's GF works in a medical lab and says Valneva is actually attenuated, not inactivated (as advertised). If true, its immunity should last even longer.

They love to play it all ways, pretending to be deaf, dumb and blind one minute and Starchild brilliant the next.

In the era of information overload, we see it all happening right before our eyes. Pattern recognition is inevitable, thus the earned distrust.

I'm still taking all the precautions I did before I was vaccinated, just in case. Maybe I made a mistake. Time will tell. Prayers for your mother.

The JW publication is 'The Watch Tower" singular not plural. The Watchtowers website says they are not 'jw.org'.

Why would someone name a website so similar to a publication of a controversial religious group if they are not associated with the group? Doesn't seem like a wise business strategy to me.

Why are JW’s opposed to life saving transfusions and in times past opposed vaccinations?

Jehovah's Witnesses condemned the practice of vaccination in 1931 as "a direct violation of the everlasting covenant that God made with Noah after the flood", but reversed that policy in 1952. The decision of whether to vaccinate themselves or their family is left to individuals.” Wikipedia

If no religion opposes vaccinations, why are people spreading rumors about vaccines being dangerous? They have bombarded me with misinformation that may hurt vulnerable people. I wondered if they are a foreign intelligence agency or remnants of QAnon.

This article traces antivaccination efforts to Jehovah’s Witness members:

. Would you have preferred they lie and say they did have evidence when they didn’t yet? Your claim is a misrepresentation. From Politifact:

"Speaking on the "Fox Across America" radio show, U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick accused global health officials of failing earlier this year to warn the world about the coming coronavirus pandemic.

"For the World Health Organization, the international entity whose sole responsibility it is to alert the world of global pandemics, to miss this, is a huge problem," Fitzpatrick, a Republican, told radio host Jimmy Failla.

We wondered whether Fitzpatrick’s stinging criticism was fair and what exactly the WHO told the public about the coronavirus in the pandemic’s earliest days.

Fitzpatrick was referring to a Jan. 14 tweet from the WHO, which stated that "preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan, #China."

A timeline of events on the WHO’s website about its actions on Jan. 14 offers a different account of what the organization told the public that day, indicating deeper concern than what was reflected in the tweet.

The timeline states that on that date, a WHO official noted in a press briefing that there "may have been" limited human-to-human transmission of the coronavirus between family members and that there was "a risk of a possible outbreak."

Nearly a week later, according to the timeline, WHO investigators visited Wuhan, the Chinese city where the virus originated, and learned that there was evidence of human-to-human transmission, a major development that contradicted the Chinese government claims cited in the organization’s Jan. 14 tweet.

Another week after that, the WHO’s director-general declared the novel coronavirus outbreak a "public health emergency of international concern," a rare designation meant to convey the extraordinary and serious nature of an unfolding health crisis."

. He didn’t close the borders. Another false statement. He prohibited Chinese people from entering the country, but not non-Chinese traveling from China. It was discriminatory. And we soon saw an increase against violence against Asians in the U.S.

"literally everything?" Do you want them to adjust their advice based on the latest science, data, and mutations or not? They aren’t prophets or politicians. Every day our understanding of the virus and it’s strains improves and changes, as more information is gathered and more study is done.

Yet these vaccines appear to be really bad.

Here another report about things they found studying dead people who had the vaccine.
NEVER BEFORE SEEN! "Vaccine" Victims' Bodies IN BATTLE!

Dr. Jane Ruby is well known in America. Is she an anti vaxxer, or a concerned person trying to raise the alarm that these fake vaccine are not good for us?

    Peace.

It is fair game to challenge a particular vaccine or, even, a type of vaccine, but most of your references have vilified all vaccines, undeservedly.

I won't defend J&J's vaccine, but I won't reject ethical, safe & effective vaccines because of them, either.
That is tossing the baby out with the bath water.
