Watched a video and sanctions were brought up. In my head I am thinking Russia sanctions is a good thing as it passed the house with astonishing approval on both sides of the isle (supposedly a divisive house) like a whopping 92 - 3 vote. Then, this video tells me sanctions never effect the leaders of a nation only the poor.
