I've never seen those movies but I saw her on Broadway in the Glass Menagerie, she was amazing.

It's funny bc ppl want to say Greta is too young, Sally is too old. I think no matter the age they'd be criticized.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly it. Turn it into an issue that religious conservatives are generally in the affirmative on, and Sally Field and Greta Thunberg will suddenly become great heroes of a revolution to "finally bring God back into government" or something, regardless of age.

Lol! Yeah it was rather silly even for the times and I believe she’s done interviews on not wanting to get type casted in that character. I’m glad she didn’t and was able to do more meaningful roles especially considering the limited roles for older women.

She was on this show that my mom used to watch called Brothers & Sisters but I never really watched it. My mom was just telling me about it. One of my favourite actresses is Kerris Dorsey and she was on the show when she was little.
