Sabbath made FOR mankind Mark 2:27, All things made FOR Jesus Col 1, so Jesus is not the Sabbath

Jesus is "LORD of the Sabbath" Mark 2:28 that is in the actual Bible but "Jesus is our Sabbath" is not.

You cannot "remember Jesus to keep Jesus Holy" - Jesus is already Holy.

Col 1:16 "all things were made BY Him and FOR Him" that is right mankind WAS MADE FOR Jesus and BY Jesus.

The "Sabbath was made FOR mankind and not mankind for the Sabbath" excludes the "Jesus is our Sabbath" speculation that some would try to add to the text that makes it -- "Jesus made for mankind not mankind FOR Jesus" when it is applied to the Sabbath references in the NT.

In Mark 7:6-13 the Jews attempt to be "Wiser than God" - by arguing a higher value (service to God, giving to His temple) that would trump one of the Commandments "Honor your father and mother". Jesus said such "wiser than God" tweaking of the Commandments invalidates worship in Mark 7:6-13

The 7th day Sabbath of Gen 2:1-3 was not a shadow -- but the annual Sabbaths of Lev 23 that are given in animal sacrifices were shadows.

There is no "Jesus is the Sabbath" in the actual Bible.
