In this wonderful season, some may read the Nativity Story in Matthew, and continue into chapter 2, and find that Jesus, Joseph and Mary were refugees.
Refugees that fled to Egypt.
One wonderful mission of many Christians is to welcome the stranger and aid those in need, the refugees, fleeing here often to escape death threats and other deadly violence, often with friends or family members they know already having been killed.
