Its not a consequence of bad habits.

I have only ever been with one woman in my whole life...........until i met this other lady who i had known for 6 years or so.

Marriage was falling rapidly. Wife has said many many times that she has no feelings for me. This for at least 10 years. Wife and I only made love once in 10 years and that was almost 10 years ago.

We are getting divorced. Three quarters of the way through it now.

I am not a sex addict.

Once the deed is done I am so so remorseful. I feel so filthy and pathetic. Thing is, few days later I get to start to feel lustful for this woman again. Urges to be with her etc.

This has been going on for 3 years now like this.

could be that you just need to put the other relationship on the right level.
Step one of that is the divorce and an annulment.
Step two is finding/recognizing your primary love language.
Step three is working that love language into the parameters that the Church sets.

Do those three things and you'll find yourself both fulfilled and on the right path.
