Pray for ‘Aarav’, who came to Christ in India through the witness of a pastor. Aarav and his family were recently evicted from their village amid accusations of ‘forced conversion’.

Extremists in India recently shot Neelam, daughter of the late Pastor Chamu Hassa Purty from Sandih village, Jharkhand, because his family had ‘not learnt the lesson’ after his murder almost five years ago. Pray for Neelam: she was shot in the hand and leg, but survived.

In India, Pastor Isaac Paulose from Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, was left with serious injuries after ten assailants beat him with chains and rods, then ran over him with motorbikes. Pray for his protection: they threatened to kill him if he continues his ministry.

Tribal animists in central India demolished the home of Pastor Lalu Kirade, assaulted him and evicted him and his family from their village in Khandwa district, Madhya Pradesh. Two months later, they were still living outdoors, a few miles away.

Please pray that the new Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren in India, will follow through on his condemnation of the persecution of Christians and take firm steps to stamp it out.

Pray for 16 families from a church in Palamu district, Jharkhand state in India, who received death threats from mobs every night for nearly three weeks, to try to force them to return to their traditional animistic religion. Two families signed documents to ‘prove’ their reconversion.

In India, one of the police officers who allegedly tortured Pastor Indresh and his friends said: ‘Let’s see if your Jesus would come here to save you.’ Pray that this man will come to know Christ.

we commit our ways to the LORD; we trust in Him, and He will act. He will bring forth our righteousness as the light, and our justice as the noonday.

We be still before the LORD and wait patiently for Him; we fret not ourselves over the ones who prospers in their ways, over the men who carries out evil devices!

We refrain from anger, and forsake wrath!
We fret not ourselves ; it tends only to evil. For the evildoers shall be cut off, but we who wait for the LORD shall inherit the land. Amen

O God, save us by Your name, and vindicate us by Your might.
O God, hear our prayers ; give ear to the words of our mouths.

For strangers have risen against us; ruthless men seek our lives; they do not set God before themselves.

Behold, God is our helper; the Lord is the upholder of our lives. He will return the evil to our enemies; in Your faithfulness put an end to them.

With a freewill offering we will sacrifice to You; I will give thanks to Your name, O LORD, for it is good. For He has delivered us from every trouble, and our eyes has looked in triumph on our enemies. Amen-Psalm 54:1-7

Be gracious to us, O God, for men tramples on us; all day long attackers oppresses us;our enemies trample on us all day long, for many attack us proudly. When we are afraid, we put our trust in You.
In God, whose word we praise, in God we trust; we shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to us?

All day long they injure our cause; all their thoughts are against us for evil.
They stir up strife, they lurk; they watch our steps, as they have waited for our life.
For their crime will they escape? In wrath cast down the peoples, O God!

You have kept count of our tossings; put our tears in Your bottle. Are they not in Your book? Then our enemies will turn back in the day when we call. This we know, that God is for us.
In God, whose word we praise, in the LORD, whose word we praise, in God we trust; we shall not be afraid. What can men do to us?

we must perform our vows to You, O God; I will render thank offerings to You. For You have delivered our souls from death, yes, our feet from falling, that we may walk before God in the light of life. Amen

we pray on behalf of Pastor Lalu Kirade and his family and Your children in India who are prosecuted.
Be merciful to us, O God, be merciful to us, for in You our souls takes refuge; in the shadow of Your wings we will take refuge, till the storms of destruction pass by.
We cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills His purpose for us.
He will send from heaven and save us; He will put to shame those who tramples on us. God will send out His steadfast love and His faithfulness! Amen

They have almost made an end of us on earth,
but we have not forsaken Your precepts. -Psalms 119:87
In Your steadfast love give us life,
that we may keep the testimonies of Your mouth. -Psalms 119:88

Deliver us from our enemies, O our God; protect us from those who rise up against us;
deliver us from those who work evil, and save us from bloodthirsty men.

For behold, they lie in wait for our lives; fierce men stir up strife against us. For no transgression or sin of ours, O LORD,
for no fault of ours, they run and make ready. Awake, come to meet us, and see!
You, LORD God of hosts, are God of Israel. Rouse Yourself to punish those mobs; spare none of those who treacherously plot evil. Amen
