Stairs - you have to be joking !!

They have a lift - and it's needed by all - it's a mere 273 Feet !!

Has to be said however that there are fabulous views from up there. tiny little viewing platforms going round the tower with a door out to them [ presumably closed at night ] and very good ironworked vertical grilles so it's impossible to lean out and possibly fall . Each grille does have a small horizontal slot so you can point a camera through them to take piccies, and not get the vertical bars spoiling your artistic skills.
