Good Morning Everyone ,only just woke up , got an appointment in the afternoon today and then go to my drop in . about to make my first coffee of the day . its really cold and the sky is clear at the moment according to my PC .

Its dry here. Not too warm though.

Work is very busy...

Mmmmmm - that was a nice fillet burger tonight

Last one for a bit - the weekend meals are planned and Philip's Fast [ the Nativity Fast ] starts on Monday , so from then no meat etc till Nativity

I could never be so disciplined...

I don't have any option

BUT you learn to cope with it

ETA - remember we normally fast [ avoid meat, fish, oil, eggs & dairy ] on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the year. This Fast is mitigated [ when compared with the Great Fast , i.e. Lent and we can have Fish on some days

It's dry at the moment but that's due to change - we are in for a rather wet day I fear - still as I'm going nowhere I can put up with that.

Morning was quite nice - decently bright
There are now some clouds in the sky - not many, but not nice white fluffy ones AND the temp is dropping a bit

She sure is. Thankfully she's enjoying her first experiences..

Well - had a nice meal tonight - chicken with ham and cheese accompanied by a sensible modicum of wine and followed by biccies and some rather nice St Agur Bleue .

Tomorrow evening's meal will be the same - then the fridge is empty of some stuff before the Fast begins

Afternoon .
Just been doing a minor shopping session - coffee for church. Had a slightly plaintiff text this morning asking if it would be possible to take some in tomorrow. Six packs of ground coffee now lined up to go in with me in the morning
