Reilly’s CCLVI – A time of new hope and happiness

As we all know Easter is the time when we remember the sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross.

However it also reminds me of the sacrifices my parents made for me and how we can take things like that so much for granted.

It shows me how much I was loved and special I was to my folks.

You see we are all special in the eyes of those closest to us, even if, sometimes, they don’t tell us straight out.

I am special. That’s not an easy thing to say, but I believe God wants me to hear it and go into the future with hope and happiness in my heart.

Reilly’s gave me refuge when I was very much alone in this world. I owe this place a huge debt of gratitude. I am not out of the shadows completely and I still take the wrong turn but Reilly’s is like a Lighthouse in stormy seas, shining its light of hope and happiness…
