I love reading and I am always up for learning. If you had to recommend a book that best describes/gives information on your denomination/church, which book would it be? Thank you Looking forward to read your recommended books.
I would like to put this here for whoever reads this thread. I have been reading "Streams in the Desert" by Lettie Cowman, I read a devotional reading each day and I really like it. I'm not sure if its based on any denomination but its nice to read everyday.
Also Thank you so much for the book suggestions. I'll make sure to check them out!
Without a doubt, Life after Death by Metropolitan Hierotheos Vlachos. Hierotheos is his first name, Vlachos is his last name. It is a Greek Orthodox book. I was so happy when Greek Orthodox nuns gave me that book, because it contained what I had been wondering about all my life: the Greek Orthodox stance on what happens after we die.
