My 1,2,3 nutritious fish-soup recipe.
Rich in omegas, protein & delicious.

4 large salmon heads (or fish cutlets of your choice.)
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 large chopped onion
10 cloves peeled garlic
Water.

1) Add all the ingredients to a pressure cooker.
2) Add water to the maximum point marked on the pot.
3) Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Taste for salt and add pepper as desired.

There was a local teriyaki joint here in town that had some of the best white sauce you could taste. It's so good that the owner has had offers from companies to bottle it. Sadly, he contracted the cancer and sold his restaurant. I went in there the other day to inquire if they still sold the man's original white sauce recipe and they do not. When he sold the restaurant he took his recipe with him. I can't really blame him. This stuff is delicious.

I watch a channel called Afterprisonshow and it stars former inmates, and some of their episodes they teach you how to make prison meals. Some pretty ingenious ways prisoners make delicious meals out of ingredients from the commissary. Would post some videos, but not sure if there are swear words in them or not, but it's worth a check. Honestly I want to make a prison pizza someday.. lol.
