Spiritual Gifts Are Received In Proportion To One's Faith
Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who
is among you, not to think more highly than he ought to think, but to think
soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

Imparting a Spiritual Gift Requires a Mutual Faith
Romans 1:
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, so that
you may be established;
12 that is, that I may be encouraged together with you by the mutual faith
both of you and me.

Stewardship With A Spiritual Gift Requires a Sound/Sober Mind
2 Timothy 1:
6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Sobriety In Christ To Receive Wisdom From Above
John 3:27 John answered and said, A man can receive nothing unless it has been given
to him from heaven.

James 3:17 The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing
to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

James 1:
5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea
riven and tossed by the wind.

Grow In Faith Through Discipleship And Commitment To Ministry
2 Corinthians 10:
14 For we are not overextending ourselves (as though our authority did not extend
to you), for it was to you that we came with the gospel of Christ;
15 not boasting of things beyond measure, in other men’s labors, but having hope,
as your faith is increased, we shall be greatly enlarged by you in our sphere.

Sanctification Of The Spirit Enables One To Be A Vessel Of Honor
2 Timothy 2:21 Anyone who cleanses themselves, will be a vessel for honor,
sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

1 John 4:
4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you
is greater than he who is in the world.
5 They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them.
6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us.
By this we know the Spirit of Truth and the spirit of error.

The Holy Spirit Of Truth Ministers Through The Saints(sanctified ones)
John 14:
16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may
abide with you forever;
17 the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him
nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

John 15:26 But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father,
the Spirit of Truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.

John 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into
all Truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will
speak; and He will tell you things to come.

The Love Of Christ For One Another And A Love Of The Truth
1 Peter 1:
22 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the Truth through the Spirit in sincere
love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart,
23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word
of God which lives and abides forever.

Ephesians 1:
13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the Word of Truth, the gospel of your salvation;
in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

Ephesians 5:
8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light
9 (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all Goodness, Righteousness, and Truth),
10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.

2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that
you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Serve God with Spiritual Gifts
3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think more
highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function,
5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy,
let us prophesy in proportion to our faith;
7 or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching;
8 he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence;
he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
