Laissez-fare capitalism is not the only form of capitalism. Capitalism is based on a handful of key concepts. The existence of private property, including the means of production, accumulation of capital and the existence of a market which includes the concept of labor as a commodity. Communism on the other hand doesn't believe in the existence of private property, the accumulation of capital, the market or even money. They are completely different economic systems.

Steve Goddard is known to be a liar so I wouldn't trust anything off his site. That said, if anyone wants to dig further the GHCN-M 3 data sets are available here so we can see if they actually have any data for Africa or not.

There's a dude on the road to it who tells you a way in, I'm sure. Failing that, I think if you sneak and use a lot of concealment it is possible to sneak up.

You are confusing smart regulation with controlling. In communism and Marxism the "control on products and production" actually refers, you know, profit.
Government doesn't want that.

PROVE that governments want to gain control over the ENTIRETY of a business organization, including ALL of it's profits, and then your argument that sound environmental regulation = communism would have some merit.

As it is, it just sounds like you trust the good judgement of companies to not poison us (either willfully, by neglect, or by turning a blind eye).
