Why did I have to re-equip my CF character?

I don't think I will requip since it seems that there is still a problem with the getting dressed factor.You still see a character getting dressed from underwear out. Also I noticed some are going around just wearing underwear which is nakedness in the eyes of G-d.

I opted not to requip my character too... .more trouble than it was worth.
