quoting feature now takes two times to quote properly

Hi, Just started today.

When I move, copy, or post text and put quotes around it by highlighting text and hitting the quote icon, now it needs to be done twice as does it wrong first time and I've tested several times and yes, it either does it wrong or not at all, meaning doesn't put the quotes around.

appears to be working properly now
