Is Heavenly Mother God?
  • Yes
  • No
  • I don't know
  • I do know but answering the question leads to follow up questions that make Mormonism look contradictory.
Please answer the question before elaborating.

#5 - No information has been revealed at this point, something we've explained time and time again.

So do you sing Eliza Snow's hymn which declares her existence is clear from reason?

In the heav'ns are parents single?
No, the thought makes reason stare;
Truth is reason—truth eternal
Tells me I've a mother there.

I am not LDS, but usually the response is referencing John 10:34 to claim that we are all gods. So their answer is usually "Yes", Heavenly Mother is a god. But I am interested as to the LDS response on this thread.

Let's brush you up on your religion...

The doctrine of a Heavenly Mother is a cherished and distinctive belief among Latter-day Saints.

Mother in Heaven

If "No information has been revealed at this point", then how can your church declare it is doctrine as well as "a cherished and distinctive belief"? Obviously, something had to be "revealed" to someone at some point in your religion's history to make this claim. Or is it a false doctrine?
