I feel that if you put each seal, trumpet, and bowl number together
and study them, they seem to go together.

Note that it's the exact opposite: trying to match up each of the
seven seals, trumpets, and vials (or bowls) in their order proves
that they cannot possibly be referring to the same events or even
simultaneous events.

Jeshurun30 posted in message #335 of this thread:

The 5th seal is martyrdom for some, being tormented by locusts for
others, and being darkened spiritually for those in wrath.

Note that the 5th seal itself isn't martyrdom for anyone, in the sense
that the martyrs in heaven in Revelation 6:9 died before the 5th seal,
and the martyrs in Revelation 6:11b will be killed sometime after the
5th seal. No one will be killed by the fifth-trumpet locusts (Revelation
9:5). And the 5th vial (Revelation 16:10) could refer to a literal
darkness which will temporarily come upon the kingdom of the
Antichrist as a judgment from God. So there is no necessary
correlation at all between the 5th seal, trumpet, and vial. They could
be three completely different events happening at three completely
different times.

Jeshurun30 posted in message #335 of this thread:

The wrath of God is not a manifested thing. Romans says the wrath
of God is REVEALED from heaven. This has been going on since Paul's day.

But the vials of God's wrath have not been going on since Paul's day,
for Revelation 16 is part of the "things which must be hereafter"
(Revelation 4:1). Revelation 16 hasn't started yet. It may not begin
until the final stage of the coming tribulation.

Jeshurun30 posted in message #335 of this thread:

If you take drugs in the holy place, you are bound to have that
wrath revealed. Demons will then be able to torment you and you
will look like a normal person but on the inside, you are being stung
by giant locust tails.

Actually, the demonic locusts could have visible, physical form; their
scorpion-like stinging tails could sting the body and cause it
excruciating physical pain, like the excruciating physical pain caused
by a sting from a literal scorpion's tail (Revelation 9:5,10). The
locusts will only be active for five months during the coming
tribulation (Revelation 9:5).

For me, all I've seen is the seals.

Seals 2-4 may not have started yet. They could start with a great
war which, with its aftermath of famine and epidemics, will end up
killing one-fourth of the world (Revelation 6:4-8). The "great sword"
of this war (Revelation 6:4b) could be Israel's nuclear weapons,
which it could employ in retaliation for an attack against it by a
gigantic Iraqi Army built up by the U.S. to attack Iran instead.

The locusts are the armies of Islam.

Greetings.

The locusts of Revelation 9:1-11 could be literal demonic creatures
which will come up from the bottomless pit during the latter part of
the first half of the coming tribulation, and will torment mankind with
literal, painful scorpion-like stings for five months.

I think I'll just focus on putting my house in order, and occupying til
Jesus comes, as there is no way that any person on earth for a
mere threescore years and ten will ever date what God will not allow
to be dated, until it is begun; and which will not begin until after the
Church is removed from the midst of the earth.

Greetings.

Note that nothing forbids Christians from both building their house
on the rock (Matthew 7:24) and knowing beforehand when the
tribulation will begin, for the Holy Spirit is given to Christians to bring
them into all truth, including things to come (John 16:13). Surely
the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his
servants the prophets (Amos 3:7). Also, note that the church will
never be removed from the earth (Proverbs 10:30, John 17:15,20).
The church will only be caught up together/gathered together as
high as the clouds to meet Jesus in the air on his way down to the
earth at his second coming (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17), and this
won't happen until after the tribulation (Matthew 24:29-31). For
when Jesus comes to gather together and marry the church he will
destroy the Antichrist (2 Thessalonians 2:1,8, Revelation 19:7,20).
That's why Jesus can't come and gather together the church until
sometime after there is an apostasy in the church and the Antichrist
commits the abomination of desolation (2 Thessalonians 2:1-4,
Matthew 24:9-31, cf. Daniel 11:31,36).

It all concerns Israel, not the Church.

Note that the church is Israel (Revelation 21:9b,12b). All Jews in
the church remain Israel by birth (Romans 11:1), and all Gentiles in
the church have been grafted into Israel by faith (Romans 11:17,24,
Ephesians 2:12,19, Galatians 3:29). It has to be this way because
everyone in the church is saved by Jesus' New Covenant sacrifice
on the cross (Matthew 26:28), and the New Covenant is made only
with Israel (Jeremiah 31:31-34).

Nothing in God's prophetic Word is ever in order for anyone to
"figure it all out" before it comes.
We can only look back and see it after it is finished, like a puzzle.
It's His puzzle, and He did not give it to the Church, but to Israel

Actually, Revelation chapters 6-21 could be in chronological order,
just as Matthew 24:14-31 could be in chronological order. And both
Revelation and the Olivet Discourse were given to the church
precisely so that the church might know beforehand everything that
it is going to have to face during the coming tribulation (Mark 13:23,
Revelation 1:1, 22:16). Both Revelation and the Olivet Discourse
specifically refer to Christians suffering in the tribulation (Matthew
24:9, Revelation 13:7-10, 14:12-13, 20:4), and there are no
Christians outside of the church (Ephesians 4:4-5).
