Do you know what the above-mentioned verse means?

It means that one should pick their messengers carefully. It seems to refer to diplomats, i think, but i dont know for sure

Simple, it means that telling a message to a fool and then expecting them to deliver the message is .....in itself foolish.

One sent to deliver a message should first understand the message they are delivering.....lest the message gets distorted and all value lost....possibly to the detriment of the sender and receiver.
