  6. We are no longer allowing posts or threads that deny the existence of Covid-19. Members have lost loved ones to this virus and are grieving. As a Christian site, we do not need to add to the pain of the loss by allowing posts that deny the existence of the virus that killed their loved one. Future post denying the Covid-19 existence, calling it a hoax, will be addressed via the warning system.

Tucker Carlson embraces white-supremacist 'replacement' conspiracy theory, claiming Democrats are 'importing' immigrants to 'dilute' American voters
White supremacists have learned that they can't simply call their beliefs white supremacy if they want those ideas to propagate, they have to package in a form that makes it more palatable to the white majority they wish to follow their ideology. There is a reason white supremacists watch the likes of Tucker Carlson, they study how he packages their ideology in a way that doesn't trumpet its racist underbelly. As some have described, Tucker Carlson is the he most prominent vessel for white supremacist talking points, and the weird thing is he portrays himself as a man speaking for the people when he's always been a man of privilege seeking to exploit the white blue collar folks.

To echo a comment made on this forum earlier, "Unfortunately, too many people turn the other way or join in with dehumanizing others, and provide no response to the promotion of white supremacy. Use of terms like 'changing demographics' is a winking nod to white supremacy because it purports that the only way the United States remains the United States is of the majority of the population remains white."

This kind of thing seems to produce genuine fear among a certain section of US society, and probably in other countries too. As it's not just immigrants but 'liberals' in general they get upset about it seems to be something to do with a perceived loss of status or control, or something like that - at least for some people. For others maybe it's just a fear of change or a sense that the way they like live is under threat. Whatever it is, it's strong enough that it prevents people from even being able to think straight. A sizable chunk of US society appears to have completely lost it in the process, buying into any number of bizarre notions and apparently unable to see beyond their noses. All of the conspiracy theory stuff serves as a justification to channel that fear into demonization and outright hatred of whoever is saying or doing something they don't like, and to fuel the fantasy that a character like Trump is 'fighting evil' (etc). It's an ugly business. I suppose it will all fizzle out eventually but Fox and the like are doing their best to feed the fire.

Larry Elder believes that this really about Democrats who believe in an absurd idea, that blacks and other minorities are too stupid to get ID. Therefore they conclude it's white racism.

In all states you need ID just to get ID:

    Driver's license.
    Birth Certificate.
    Selective Service.
    Social security card.
    Etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.

The idea that you don't need ID to vote is ludicrous.

Why is it that the Democratic Party is so pro-immigration? Immigrants can’t even vote...

Perhaps it's about helping people even though there's nothing in it for you?

    Or is that too Christian?

You need to register to vote -- and you need ID to register.

    Forgot about that detail, eh?

Before calling Tucker Carlson a racist for wanting to secure the border, and before accusing him or racism because polls show that immigrants tend to vote democrat, which is true, first cast the beam out of your own eye.

Black Lives Matter founders declared themselves to be Marxists.

Did you know that Karl Marx was vehemently racist towards blacks and Jews? I can show you quotes if you like. Marx also hated religion. So why is Marx not being canceled? Why have they invested on an ideology based in systemic racism?

I would not be so bold to call Tucker a racist based on well known data, nor would I call him a racist for wanting the country to secure it's border.

Well this case there is something in it for you, just not the people you’re supposed to represent. Maybe some of them do tell themselves that it’s somehow virtuous to favor the interests of foreigners over their own citizens.

And the rich...Hollywood elites love employing illegal immigrants to clean their homes and taking care of their yards:
