There's no such thing as Jesus was! Jesus is forever; forever the same yesterday, today and tomorrow!

A physical third temple will be built in Jerusalem by Jesus dedicated to Him. He will sit and rule from His throne at that time when Israel will dwells securely because of Him. During His rule in the tribulation, He will defend Israel the entire first half from all her enemies.

Zechariah 6:12-13 King James Version (KJV)
12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The Branch; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord:

    13
Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

Jeremiah 33:14-16 King James Version (KJV)
14 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

15 In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The Lord our righteousness.

    Zechariah 9:8-12 NKJV
8 I will camp around My house Because of the army, Because of him who passes by and him who returns. No more shall an oppressor pass through them, For now I have seen with My eyes.
9 "Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.
10 I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim And the horse from Jerusalem; The battle bow shall be cut off. He shall speak peace to the nations; His dominion shall be 'from sea to sea, And from the River to the ends of the earth.'
11 "As for you also, Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit.
12 Return to the stronghold, You prisoners of hope. Even today I declare That I will restore double to you.

Zechariah 1:16 King James Version (KJV)
Therefore thus saith the Lord; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the Lord of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.

Zechariah 2:10-11 King James Version (KJV)
10 Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the Lord.

11 And many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto thee.

These prophecies speaks of Jesus ruling from the 3rd Temple while defending Israel during the first half of the tribulation.

A physical 3rd Temple has to be built in order for Him to sit and reign on His throne.

Watch: Plans for Third Temple Have Begun

Today, on the Fast of Av, Jews throughout the world mourn the destruction of the two Holy Temples of Jerusalem and pray for the rebuilding of the Third Temple.

But one organization has been doing a lot more than just praying.

The Temple Institute has released a modern three-dimensional architectural rendition of the future Third Holy Temple, utilizing the latest building material and techniques.

The vivid, three-minute video walks viewers through the main sanctuary, showcasing decades of research and tens of innovative Halakhic (Jewish law) solutions to various perplexing issues that were resolved to create fully functional, ready-to-use plans.

While staying true to the Halakhic requirements and dimensions, the project also adds some clear modern twists.

As the visual tour sweeps through the sanctuary, one can see the menorah, incense altar and showbread table, all of which have already been prepared by the Institute, among 70 other sacred vessels.

The presentation was specially released to coincide with the Ninth of Av, the Jewish national day of mourning which commemorates the destruction of the First and Second Temples.

The video comes one year after the Temple Institute appealed to its supporters to take part in an Indiegogo crowd funding campaign that raised over $100,000 for the architectural plans. The video was first released to supporters of a current campaign to raise the first kosher Red Heifer in Israel in over 2,000 years. Over the past five years, the organization has released its most ambitious campaigns and poignant videos to reframe the mourning period into one of active preparation for the Third Holy Temple.

Rabbi Chaim Richman, International Director of The Temple Institute noted that one of his organization's key aims is to educate Jews about the centrality of the Temple to Judaism, after nearly 2,000 years without it

"One third of all Torah commandments pertain to the building of and service in the Holy Temple," Rabbi Richman noted. "Today, we not only mourn the destruction of the two Holy Temples, but also our inability to fulfill one third of the Torah."

"Over the last three decades, the Temple Institute has done everything in our power to research and prepare for the Third Temple. As world Jewry sits on the ground mourning the first two Temples, we have taken a huge leap towards the rebuilding, by releasing a 3D architectural rendition of the Third Temple.

The Temple Institute is the center of research and preparation for the Holy Temple. In addition to educational activity focused on the centrality of the Temple Mount and Holy Temple, the Institute have also recreated over 70 sacred vessels for use in the Third Holy Temple, which can be seen at their Visitors Center in the Old City of Jerusalem.

There's a physical temple too that must undergo construction otherwise He will not return in His second coming. Denying a physical 3rd temple is just denying His return.

    Psalm 118:22-26
22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.
23 This is the Lord's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
24 This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
25 Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord: we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.

    Zechariah 6:12-15
12 Then tell him this is what the Lord All-Powerful says:

‘There is a man called the Branch.
    He will grow strong,
and he will build the Lord’s Temple
    .
13 He will build the Lord’s Temple,
and he will receive the honor.
He will sit on his throne and be the ruler,
and a priest will stand by his throne.
These two men will work together in peace.’

14 The crown will be kept in my Temple, so that when people see it, they will remember Heldai, Tobijah, Jedaiah, and the kindness of Zephaniah’s son Josiah.”

15 People living far away will come and build the Lord’s Temple. Then you will know for sure that the Lord All-Powerful sent me to you people. All these things will happen if you do what the Lord your God says.

    Haggai 1:7-8
7 Thus says the Lord of hosts: "Consider your ways!
8 Go up to the mountains and bring wood and build the temple, that I may take pleasure in it and be glorified," says the Lord.

    Zechariah 8:9
The Lord All-Powerful says, “Be strong! You people are hearing the same message today that the prophets gave when the Lord All-Powerful first laid the foundations to rebuild his Temple.

    Haggai 2:18-22
18 “The Lord said, ‘Today is the 24th day of the ninth month. You have finished laying the foundation of the Lord’s Temple. So notice what happens from this day forward: 19 Your seed for planting is still in the barn. And look at the vines, the fig trees, and the pomegranate and olive trees. They have not yet produced any fruit. But beginning today, I will bless you.’”

20 Another message from the Lord came to Haggai on the 24th day of the month. This is the message: 21 “Go to Zerubbabel, the governor of Judah and tell him that I will shake heaven and earth. 22 And I will overthrow many kings and kingdoms and destroy the power of the kingdoms of those other people. I will destroy their chariots and their riders. I will defeat their war horses and riders. These armies are friends now, but they will turn against each other and kill each other with

    2 Thessalonians 2:3
who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

    Matthew 24:15
"Therefore when you see the 'abomination of desolation,' spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place" (whoever reads, let him understand),

    Revelation 11:1-2
1 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
2 But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months.

Begin construction of the Temple and He will come! (Psalm 118:22-26) That's the super sign to the Church His return is imminent. The 3rd Temple will be built. Just remember I told you this when you see construction begin. It'll be down to a matter of weeks and months, no longer years.

Behold, days are coming,’ declares the LORD, ‘when I will fulfill the good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and the house of Judah. In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch of David to spring forth; and He shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth. In those days Judah shall be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell in safety; and this is the name by which she shall be called: the LORD is our righteousness.’ For thus says the LORD, ‘David shall never lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel; and the Levitical priests shall never lack a man before Me to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings, and to prepare sacrifices continually.

    - Jeremiah 33:14–18, NASB

This passage speaks about the Messianic Age when all Israel will be saved and restored to the Land of Israel. At that time, a righteous descendant of David, the Messiah, will sit on the throne in Jerusalem, and the Temple will again stand complete with its Levitical priesthood. If this is to be a future reality, is there any sign of preparation for a third Temple in Israel today?

Update on the Building of the Third Temple | Jewish Voice Ministries International

One of many verses proving the Church got it all wrong on the timing of the second coming.

This time the Jews will get it right! This time, the professing Church will miss the second coming. It happened 2000 years ago with the 1st coming, but this time it'll be the Church instead who will miss the boat.

    Revelation 19:11-14 NKJV
11 Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.
12 His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself.
13 He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.

Jesus has been on earth executing His wrath long before Revelation 19. The second coming does NOT start here!

Why did you skip the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34 ?

Have you cut the verse below out of your Bible?

Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it.

Anyone who claims modern Orthodox Jews got it right, but the Church got it wrong, needs to read their New Testament.
What did the Apostle John say in 1 John 2:22-23, and 2 John 1:7-10 ?

Any Christian who supports the rebuilding of a man-made temple, and the renewal of animal sacrifices, has accepted one of the greatest deceptions in the history of our faith. It is a direct result of various forms of Dual Covenant Theology.

Your problem BAB is that you're looking for the antichrist but he doesn't sit in the 3rd Temple proclaiming to be God till the middle of the tribulation. Where as the Jews are looking for Jesus Christ, they just don't know His name yet. But they will be crowning their Messiah near the beginning of the tribulation.

Your problem is you're judging the book (bible) by it's cover. You don't know old testament prophecies because you haven't studied it yet. All you read are what's in the new testament. That's not the entire bible.

The new testament tells you about the second coming but doesn't reveal when it happens. The old testament does reveal the timing of His return because it's given to the Jews so they can receive Him when He come.

The only thing the Church knows about the timing of second coming is what's in Revelation 19 and Matthew 24:29-31, Mark 13 and Luke 21. However, their is a small crack in the new testament that does reveal an earlier time frame of Jesus being on earth.

    Luke 17:29-31 NKJV
29 but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all.
30 Even so will it be in the day when the Son of Man is revealed.
31 In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his goods are in the house, let him not come down to take them away. And likewise the one who is in the field, let him not turn back.

This is the day of Lot. This time frame is NOT the same as Revelation 19 or Matthew 24:29-31 near the end of the tribulation. The day of lot occurs in the middle of the tribulation when the Israelis will flee from the Abomination of Desolation. At this time, Jesus is revealed here to the world, on earth at the middle of the tribulation.

The old testament prophecies reveals Jesus is on earth much much earlier. Start reading the OT prophecies and stop acting foolish.

    • Haggai and Zechariah spoke to the Israelites after their return from captivity, challenging the people to rebuild the Temple of God.

    • Malachi is the last of the prophets. His prophesy marks the end of an era because after him we have 400 years of silence where no biblical prophet speaks or writes.

    • After the long silence, we have the NT period when Jesus was born.

Haggai spoke to the Israelites that had returned after 70 years of captivity.

    • In the first year of their return, they built an altar to make sacrificial offerings to God (Ezra 3:1-6).

    • In the second year, they started rebuilding the Temple of God and the foundation was laid (Ezra 3:8-13; 5:16).

But it did not continue. They were distracted and pressured by the people in the surrounding lands to give up the work (Ezra 4).

Ezra 4:4-5 “Then the peoples around them set out to discourage the people of Judah and make them afraid to go on building. They hired counselors to work against them and frustrate their plans during the entire reign of Cyrus king of Persia and down to the reign of Darius king of Persia.”

Ezra 4:24 “Thus the work on the house of God in Jerusalem came to a standstill until the second year of the reign of Darius king of Persia.”

That is, until Haggai came into the picture, which was nearly 20 years later.

    [Read Haggai 1:1-15]

Nothing was done to rebuild the house of God and the people have become apathetic and complacent.

    • Haggai challenged them to get back to rebuilding the Temple.

    • We can tell the exact timing of these events because Haggai dated them clearly. Recorded here are 4 messages spanning over 4 months in the year 520BC.

    • Though short, Haggai’s words did move the people and they repented. He rekindled the passion of the people for God.

The anchoring verse that I am using is Haggai 1:9

I'll address the rest depending on your response to this.

You have the wrong prophecy. Haggai and Zechariah are not prophecies of the returning tribes of Judah, Benjamin and Levite from the babylonian exile in 600 bc.

You need to know this! There's 10 more tribes of Jews that must be gathered back to Israel. This hasn't happened yet. Haggai and Zechariah covers their return also. You're thinking the babylonian exile in Ezra and Nehemiah. That's passed already. Haggai and Zechariah is still future.

In other words, there's a second regathering of the other house (Israel) that needs to be fulfilled. You're leaving that out thinking Haggai and Zechariah was fulfilled.

The regathering of the tribe of Israel after their 70 year captivity is prophesied here.

    Jeremiah 29:10-18 NKJV
10 For thus says the Lord: After seventy years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform My good word toward you, and cause you to return to this place.
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.
14 I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive.
15 Because you have said, "The Lord has raised up prophets for us in Babylon"--
16 therefore thus says the Lord concerning the king who sits on the throne of David, concerning all the people who dwell in this city, and concerning your brethren who have not gone out with you into captivity-
17 thus says the Lord of hosts: Behold, I will send on them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like rotten figs that cannot be eaten, they are so bad.
18 And I will pursue them with the sword, with famine, and with pestilence; and I will deliver them to trouble among all the kingdoms of the earth--to be a curse, an astonishment, a hissing, and a reproach among all the nations where I have driven them,

After the regathering of Judah, Benjamin and Levite in 600 bc none of the below occurred.

Read verse 16a. A King is already in Jerusalem. This is Jesus.

In verse 16b, there's already Jews in Jerusalem. These are the people of Judah. The Jews currently occupying Israel.

In verse 17 & 18, this did not happened in 600 bc when the Jews returned from exile. This is a time in the tribulation.

Bottom line, you need to know which prophecy is talking about which regathering and which tribes.

    +++++++++++++++

Also this, God did not shake all of heaven and earth destroying everything after the regathering in 600 bc as mentioned in Haggai.

Verse 22 is the tribulation. It'll come shortly after the foundation of the temple is completed (verse 18). Daniel's 70th week was not fulfilled after the Babylonian exile of 600 bc.

As I said before in my prior post, start building the 3rd temple and Jesus will come.

    Haggai 2:18-22 NKJV
18 'Consider now from this day forward, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, from the day that the foundation of the Lord's temple was laid--consider it:
19 Is the seed still in the barn? As yet the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yielded fruit. But from this day I will bless you.' "
20 And again the word of the Lord came to Haggai on the twenty-fourth day of the month, saying,
21 "Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying: 'I will shake heaven and earth.
22 I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms; I will destroy the strength of the Gentile kingdoms. I will overthrow the chariots And those who ride in them; The horses and their riders shall come down, Every one by the sword of his brother.

I'm logging for now. I'll look for your post later tonight.

The "fool" is found in Luke 24:25.

Is He the seed of the woman from Genesis 3:15?

Is He the seed of Abraham through which all the families of the earth would be blessed in Genesis 12:3?

Is He the "suffering servant" of Isaiah chapter 53?

Is He the one who would fulfill the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34?

Is He the Messiah promised in the timeline of Daniel chapter 9?

Based on the passage below, the answer to all of the above is... Yes.

Luk 24:25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
Luk 24:26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
Luk 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

The whole Old Testament is a book about Him.
If you still do not believe it, read John 1:1, and John 1:14 again.

Indeed He will. Just not in the manner which you anticipate.

    Sozomen (ca. A.D.375-447)
    "Ecclesiastical History"
    Book V, Chapter XXII

Though the emperor [Julian the Apostate] hated and opressed the Christians, he manifested benevolence and humanity towards the Jews. He wrote to the Jewish patriarchs and leaders, as well as to the people, requesting them to pray for him, and for the prosperity of the empire. In taking this step he was not actuated, I am convinced, by any respect for their religion; for he was aware that it is, so to speak, the mother of the Christian religion, and he knew that both religions rest upon the authority of the patriarchs and the prophets; but he thought to grieve the Christians by favoring the Jews, who are their most inveterate enemies. But perhaps he also calculated upon persuading the Jews to embrace paganism and sacrifices; for they were only acquainted with the mere letter of Scripture, and could not, like the Christians and a few of the wisest among the Hebrews, discern the hidden meaning.

Events proved that this was his real motive; for he sent for some of the chiefs of the race and exhorted them to return to the observance of the laws of Moses and the customs of their fathers. On their replying that because the temple in Jerusalem was overturned, it was neither lawful nor ancestral to do this in another place than the metropolis out of which they had been cast, he gave them public money, commanded them to rebuild the temple, and to practice the cult similar to that of their ancestors, by sacrificing after the ancient way. The Jews entered upon the undertaking, without reflecting that, according to the prediction of the holy prophets, it could not be accomplished. They sought for the most skillful artisans, collected materials, cleared the ground, and entered so earnestly upon the task, that even the women carried heaps of earth, and brought their necklaces and other female ornaments towards defraying the expense. The emperor, the other pagans, and all the Jews, regarded every other undertaking as secondary in importance to this. Although the pagans were not well-disposed towards the Jews, yet they assisted them in this enterprise, because they reckoned upon its ultimate success, and hoped by this means to falsify the prophecies of Christ. Besides this motive, the Jews themselves were impelled by the consideration that the time had arrived for rebuilding their temple. When they had removed the ruins of the former building, they dug up the ground and cleared away its foundation; it is said that on the following day when they were about to lay the first foundation, a great earthquake occurred, and by the violent agitation of the earth, stones were thrown up from the depths, by which those of the Jews who were engaged in the work were wounded, as likewise those who were merely looking on. The houses and public porticos, near the site of the temple, in which they had diverted themselves, were suddenly thrown down; many were caught thereby, some perished immediately, others were found half dead and mutilated of hands or legs, others were injured in other parts of the body. When God caused the earthquake to cease, the workmen who survived again returned to their task, partly because such was the edict of the emperor, and partly because they were themselves interested in the undertaking. Men often, in endeavoring to gratify their own passions, seek what is injurious to them, reject what would be truly advantageous, and are deluded-by the idea that nothing is really useful except what is agreeable to them. When once led astray by this error, they are no longer able to act in a manner conducive to their own interests, or to take warning by the calamities which are visited upon them.

The Jews, I believe, were just in this state; for, instead of regarding this unexpected earthquake as a manifest indication that God was opposed to the re-erection of their temple, they proceeded to recommence the work. But all parties relate, that they had scarcely returned to the undertaking, when fire burst suddenly from the foundations of the temple, and consumed several of the workmen.

This fact is fearlessly stated, and believed by all; the only discrepancy in the narrative is that some maintain that flame burst from the interior of the temple, as the workmen were striving to force an entrance, while others say that the fire proceeded directly from the earth. In whichever way the phenomenon might have occurred, it is equally wonderful. A more tangible and still more extraordinary prodigy ensued; suddenly the sign of the cross appeared spontaneously on the garments of the persons engaged in the undertaking. These crosses were disposed like stars, and appeared the work of art. Many were hence led to confess that Christ is God, and that the rebuilding of the temple was not pleasing to Him; others presented themselves in the church, were initiated, and besought Christ, with hymns and supplications, to pardon their transgression. If any one does not feel disposed to believe my narrative, let him go and be convinced by those who heard the facts I have related from the eyewitnesses of them, for they are still alive. Let him inquire, also, of the Jews and pagans who left the work in an incomplete state, or who, to speak more accurately, were able to commence it.

You're getting your source of information from the wrong place: that's a copied and pasted man-made theory you just posted.

Below are reliable and infallible sources! Build the temple and Jesus will come. That's what the bible says.

In Psalm 118, verse 22 is referring to the construction of the temple.

Verse 26a is referring to the return of Jesus. Verse 26b is also a verse about the temple.

If you wanna live in a world ruled by Jesus, build the temple so He can sit and reign from His throne on earth.

    Haggai 1:1-15 NKJV
1 In the second year of King Darius, in the sixth month, on the first day of the month, the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, saying,
2 "Thus speaks the Lord of hosts, saying: 'This people says, "The time has not come, the time that the Lord's house should be built." ' "
3 Then the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,
4 "Is it time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses, and this temple to lie in ruins?"
5 Now therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts: "Consider your ways!
6 "You have sown much, and bring in little; You eat, but do not have enough; You drink, but you are not filled with drink; You clothe yourselves, but no one is warm; And he who earns wages, Earns wages to put into a bag with holes."
7 Thus says the Lord of hosts: "Consider your ways!
8 Go up to the mountains and bring wood and build the temple, that I may take pleasure in it and be glorified," says the Lord.
9 "You looked for much, but indeed it came to little; and when you brought it home, I blew it away. Why?" says the Lord of hosts. "Because of My house that is in ruins, while every one of you runs to his own house.

10 Therefore the heavens above you withhold the dew, and the earth withholds its fruit.
11 For I called for a drought on the land and the mountains, on the grain and the new wine and the oil, on whatever the ground brings forth, on men and livestock, and on all the labor of your hands."
12 Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the Lord their God, and the words of Haggai the prophet, as the Lord their God had sent him; and the people feared the presence of the Lord.
13 Then Haggai, the Lord's messenger, spoke the Lord's message to the people, saying, "I am with you, says the Lord."
14 So the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and worked on the house of the Lord of hosts, their God,
15 on the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month, in the second year of King Darius.

    Haggai 2:1-23 NKJV
1 In the seventh month, on the twenty-first of the month, the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying:
2 "Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people, saying:
3 'Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? In comparison with it, is this not in your eyes as nothing?
4 Yet now be strong, Zerubbabel,' says the Lord; 'and be strong, Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest; and be strong, all you people of the land,' says the Lord, 'and work; for I am with you,' says the Lord of hosts.
5 'According to the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, so My Spirit remains among you; do not fear!'
    6 "For thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land;
7 and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,' says the Lord of hosts.
8 'The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,' says the Lord of hosts.
9 The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,' says the Lord of hosts. 'And in this place I will give peace,' says the Lord of hosts."
10 On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,
11"Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Now, ask the priests concerning the law, saying,
12 If one carries holy meat in the fold of his garment, and with the edge he touches bread or stew, wine or oil, or any food, will it become holy?" ' " Then the priests answered and said, "No."
13 And Haggai said, "If one who is unclean because of a dead body touches any of these, will it be unclean?" So the priests answered and said, "It shall be unclean."
14 Then Haggai answered and said, " 'So is this people, and so is this nation before Me,' says the Lord, 'and so is every work of their hands; and what they offer there is unclean.
15 'And now, carefully consider from this day forward: from before stone was laid upon stone in the temple of the Lord--
16 since those days, when one came to a heap of twenty ephahs, there were but ten; when one came to the wine vat to draw out fifty baths from the press, there were but twenty.
17 I struck you with blight and mildew and hail in all the labors of your hands; yet you did not turn to Me,' says the Lord.
23 'In that day,' says the Lord of hosts, 'I will take you, Zerubbabel My servant, the son of Shealtiel,' says the Lord, 'and will make you like a signet ring; for I have chosen you,' says the Lord of hosts."

In Haggai 1, verses 4 to 9, God insist the people to build the temple. If God wants a temple to be built, I won't want to be the one who argues with Him.

In Haggai 2, verse 6, after the completion of the foundation, God said "in the little while longer" He will shake heaven and earth.

In Haggai 2, verse 22 is the tribulation.

In other words, verse 6 says "in a little while" after the completion of the temple foundation, expect the tribulation to begin soon. Which also means Jesus is coming soon.

Build the temple and Jesus will come. You can't have the final 7 year tribulation without Jesus' return.

    ++++++++++++++++++++

    Note:

Don't try and deny this by saying this is referring to the second temple. Read every verse carefully. Many have tried and instead ended up learning something new.

The second temple is over at Ezra and Nehemiah. Read that too if you want to learn about the history of second temple.

Ezra / Nehemiah = Second Temple

Haggai / Zechariah = Third Temple (in the Tribulation)

Ezekiel = Fourth and final Temple (in the Millennium)

You have to build the temple. It serves multiple purposes, all associated with Jesus. Whether you like it or not or know it or not, denying a physical third temple is just denying Jesus.

Jesus will not return unless the construction of the temple begins because He is the one who will finish it. Here you're denying the second coming.

    Zechariah 6:11-13
11 Use the silver and gold to make a crown. Put it on the head of the high priest, Joshua son of Jehozadak. 12 Then tell him this is what the Lord All-Powerful says:

‘There is a man called the Branch.
    He will grow strong,
and he will build the Lord’s Temple.

13 He will build the Lord’s Temple,
and he will receive the honor.
He will sit on his throne and be the ruler,
and a priest will stand by his throne.
These two men will work together in peace.’

    ++++++++++

You're also denying Jesus as the long awaited Messiah the Jewish people have been looking for whom they will crown as their King.

    Zechariah 6:11-14
11 Use the silver and gold to make a crown. Put it on the head of the high priest, Joshua son of Jehozadak. 12 Then tell him this is what the Lord All-Powerful says:

‘There is a man called the Branch.
    He will grow strong,
and he will build the Lord’s Temple.
13 He will build the Lord’s Temple,
and he will receive the honor.
He will sit on his throne and be the ruler,
and a priest will stand by his throne.
These two men will work together in peace.’

14 The crown will be kept in my Temple, so that when people see it, they will remember Heldai, Tobijah, Jedaiah, and the kindness of Zephaniah’s son Josiah.”

Guess what the Hebrew name of Joshua is?

Guess also what the Hebrew name of Jehozadek means?

And you can't crown Jesus as the Messiah without a physical temple standing. Jesus has to be anointed in oil within the temple. Denying the temple here is denying Jesus' sovereignty as King.

    Jeremiah 33:14-18 NKJV
14 'Behold, the days are coming,' says the Lord, 'that I will perform that good thing which I have promised to the house of Israel and to the house of Judah:
15 'In those days and at that time I will cause to grow up to David A Branch of righteousness; He shall execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.
16 In those days Judah will be saved, And Jerusalem will dwell safely. And this is the name by which she will be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.'
    17 "For thus says the Lord: 'David shall never lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel;
18 nor shall the priests, the Levites, lack a man to offer burnt offerings before Me, to kindle grain offerings, and to sacrifice continually.' "

Yes, you're also denying Jesus' sovereignty as King and Lord of this world when you deny His throne on earth.

    ++++++++++

You're also denying people all over the world to come and worship God in His House. The Temple serves other purposes; a House of Prayer for everyone.

    Zechariah 6:15 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
People living far away will come and build the Lord’s Temple. Then you will know for sure that the Lord All-Powerful sent me to you people. All these things will happen if you do what the Lord your God says.

    Zechariah 8:21-23 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
21 People from different cities will greet each other and say,
‘We are going to worship the Lord All-Powerful.’
And the other person will say,
‘I would like to go with you!’”

22 Many people and many powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to find the Lord All-Powerful and to worship him. 23 The Lord All-Powerful says, “At that time many foreigners speaking different languages will come to a Jewish man, take hold of the hem of his robe, and ask, ‘We heard that God is with you. Can we come with you to worship him?’”

    And in Jesus' own words!

    Matthew 21:13

He said to them, “The Scriptures declare, ‘My Temple will be called a house of prayer,’ but you have turned it into a den of thieves!”

In Israel the Push to Destroy Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa Mosque Goes Mainstream

“In the end we’ll build the temple and it will be a house of prayer for all nations,” Glick told Israeli newspaper Maariv in 2012. A year later, Israel’s Agriculture Minister Uri Ariel stated that “[w]e’ve built many little, little temples…but we need to build a real Temple on the Temple Mount.” Ariel stated that the new Jewish Temple must be built on the site where Al-Aqsa currently sits “as it is at the forefront of Jewish salvation.” Since then, prominent Israeli politicians have become more and more overt in their support for the end of Jordanian-Palestinian sovereignty over the mosque compound, leading many prominent Palestinians to warn in recent years of plans to destroy the mosque.

    ++++++++++

BAB, do you want Jesus to live in a Temple or a tent when He's on earth?

    Zechariah 1:16 NKJV
'Therefore thus says the Lord: "I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it," says the Lord of hosts, "And a surveyor's line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem." '

    Zechariah 2:10-12 NKJV
10 "Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst," says the Lord.
11 Many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and they shall become My people. And I will dwell in your midst. Then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you.
12 And the Lord will take possession of Judah as His inheritance in the Holy Land, and will again choose Jerusalem.

Just remember Matthew 10:33 each time you condemn the construction of the third temple.

    Matthew 10:33
but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.

This also applies to His return, His throne on earth (His temple) and His reign on earth (PreMil).

In the verse below Peter said that God had already made Christ both "Lord" (Ruler), and "Christ" (Messiah) on the Day of Pentecost.
Who do you think is going to crown Him in a man-made temple?

Act 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Below we find that God anointed His Son with the Holy Ghost.
Who do you think is going to anoint Him with oil in a man-made temple?

Act 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Once again, you have turned your doctrine into a cult by claiming that those who disagree with you are denying Christ.

Christ's throne on earth is found in 1 Peter 2:4-10.

What does the Book of Hebrews say below about the land promise?

Heb 11:15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.

Heb 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

The Second Coming is described in 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10, and 2 Peter 3:10-13.
Based on the scripture above, this rotten, sin-cursed world is going to burn on that day.

    Paul reveals below our destination.
It is confirmed in 2 Peter 3:13, and Hebrews 12:22-24.

Gal 4:25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
Gal 4:26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

You can continue twisting scriptures all you want but Jesus will be consecrated with oil when Israel proclaims Jesus as their Messiah and King.

    Judaism 101: Mashiach: The Messiah

The term "mashiach" literally means "the anointed one," and refers to the ancient practice of anointing kings with oil when they took the throne. The mashiach is the one who will be anointed as king in the End of Days.

Feel free to explain how this is a "man-made theory":

a great earthquake occurred, and by the violent agitation of the earth, stones were thrown up from the depths, by which those of the Jews who were engaged in the work were wounded, as likewise those who were merely looking on. The houses and public porticos, near the site of the temple, in which they had diverted themselves, were suddenly thrown down; many were caught thereby, some perished immediately, others were found half dead and mutilated of hands or legs, others were injured in other parts of the body.

    Or this:

fire burst suddenly from the foundations of the temple, and consumed several of the workmen.

    Or this:

suddenly the sign of the cross appeared spontaneously on the garments of the persons engaged in the undertaking. These crosses were disposed like stars, and appeared the work of art.

Or do you, in predictable dispensational fashion, not believe that this event ever occurred?

God was intimately familiar with every Scripture that you've cited. His Holy Spirit inspired them.

He obviously did not interpret them dispensationally.

    Nor will He.

But dispensationalism is free to roll the dice again.

    I'm stocked up on popcorn.

John's inspired commentary on "Judaism 101":

    John 2
22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
