It was the worst in history from the context He was speaking. The whole Jewish system was upended. Also, if you need some “worst in history” references from the OT, let me know. It’s not the first time this type of language is used.

Scripture never uses the word "WORST" or "GREATEST" when referring to this "Great Tribulation". It just says there would be none "such as", meaning none would ever occur that were of the same kind as occurred in that "GREAT Tribulation".

He left in the flesh. Why would He not return in the Flesh?

Jesus will be on earth just as He was on earth the first time. Why is this truth hidden from the majority of Bible scholars? All spiritual blindness will be removed at the Second Coming. If people claim we are not blind spiritually now, they are not seeing the point we actually are. All eyes will see Jesus both physically and spiritually. Adam's spiritual separation will be over.
At Christ baptism, John the Baptist quotes Isaiah in that regard, except John calls the glory of the Lord "the salvation of God". So, compare your understanding of "every eye" to "all flesh shall see". Do you interpret them consistently?
Isaiah 40:3A voice cries:
“In the wilderness prepare the way of the LORD;
make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
4Every valley shall be lifted up,
and every mountain and hill be made low;
the uneven ground shall become level,
and the rough places a plain.
5And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed,
and all flesh shall see it together,
for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

Here's what Jesus said of the Pharisees: Mark 7:13thus making void the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And many such things you do.” Is it not possible that the early church also believed in unfounded traditions? After all, the bible wasn't readily available until well after the printing press was invented in 1436. And how many people were even literate? On top of that, the laity wasn't even allowed to have a bible. And it wasn't until the Reformation that justification by faith alone became clear and the laity started obtaining bibles. Look how many resources we have now online that just weren't available until recently.

every island was moved out of its place.

The "isles" in scripture refers to coastal lands, or the borders of countries - not to places like Hawaii, Bora Bora, etc. Certain delineated borders of countries were going to be shifted or erased in the tumult of the times.

But the term here is "nesos", which means "island".

Something from a legitimate history book proving the event(s) occurred already.

Yet you clearly DON'T accept such.

If you assert that an unknown, unverified Volcanic Eruption that you can't cite any evidence for, fulfilled 2 Samuel 22's account of God being seen coming in the clouds riding a cherub shooting arrows, laying the foundation of the earth bare, drying up the oceans, and killing with His brightness, etc... one can only wonder why you would not accept the verifiable eyewitness accounts of the Many cosmic signs witnessed in the Roman-Jewish war as Fulfillment of the NT eschatological prophesies citing the arrival Horses, chariots, and angelic armies in the clouds, and the Brightness of the Lord?

These angelic armies in chariots battling in the clouds, voices, and glorious brightness of God were indeed witnessed at the temple and around Jerusalem as recorded INDEPENDENTLY by Josephus, Tacitus, and the Midrash in these legitimate history books (Josephus, Wars, 6:5:3; 2:22:1-2; 4:4:5; 6:5:2-3; Tacitus, Histories, v. 13; Midrash, Lam 2:11).

But no, you Don't accept such Legitamate Historical Record, yet you'll make up your own fake news of a "volcanic eruption" to suit your own inability to provide proof of your own claims of Prophetic fulfillment.

The Hypocrisy is staggering.

The early church spoke in different languages to different linguistic groups. You cannot convince me they were too illiterate.

The dark ages were called that because the church in Rome, along with Satan himself, turned God's Word into a language that few used much less understood. Then told people only the church could teach what the church deemed necessary. It was taken out of the hands of the true church, and placed beyond reach via human theology.

The church had scribes, and was keeping the Word of God readily available through thousands of manuscripts sent out to all who would gladly recieve them. That only stopped, because some one decided to keep God's Word out of reach.

Justification by faith has been around since Noah. It was only emphasized at the time of the Reformation because some were tired of "the church" keeping people in the dark.

What has been fulfilled? That’s a good place to start.
What has been fulfilled?
The destruction of J & the temple. (As part of the "days of vengeance" Jesus pronounced against that generation of Jews.)

War & rumor of war.

Many have come, either in Jesus' name or declaring themselves to be the Christ, deceiving many.

Famines, pestilences, & earthquakes are increasing now.

Christians have been killed & persecuted in every nation, more in some nations than in others.

Many false prophets have come; many are present today. Lawlessness abounds, with the "new normal", & the love of God in many has grown cold.

And the Gospel has reached ALMOST all peoples.

But "the end" has NOT yet yet come. "The end" includes all the eschatological events & Jesus' return.

Which verses are you referring to specifically? For some reason you keep talking in generalities.

The Jewish Wars by Josephus should do.
I have explained many times that Josephus wrote mainjly to keep Vespasian happy & thus keep his own head on his neck. He often embellished his stories some, being careful not to badmouth any Romans. More than one pret relies on Josephus too much.

Funny that, outta several hundred thousand Jews & Romans present at Jerusalem, that he was the only one to have seen & heard chariots in the sky above the city.

You don’t seem confident in your ability to defend your position. Is that why you don’t seem to quote specific verses and then explain them?

I guess that means that the Jerusalem and the temple weren’t actually destroyed.

I can defend it quite well from history. You prets are the ones who can't back up your assertions by providing historical evidence of the occurrence of the eschatological events.
But here are the verses you wanted:
Matt. 24:4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.

This has been fulfilled.

Not quite true. Josephus absolutely excoriated the Roman governor Gessius Florus, and his predecessor Festus.

(Edit: apologies, I intended Florus's predecessor Albinus, whose wickedness in Judea Josephus made particular note of in Wars 2.14.1, which evil was only surpassed by Florus who followed him.)
